John McGeoch 1955-2004
My friend Anna from Absolutely Vile has just informed me that John McGeoch, guitarist from 1979-1982 for my favorite band Siouxsie & The Banshees has died. Apparantly he passed away in his sleep last Thursday. He was one of the best guitarists the band ever had and I always wished he had been with the band longer. What a sad loss, what a short life, but a hell of a talent!
On a side note: Apparantly Siouxsie and Budgie were thinking of asking John to guest with them on their upcoming tour, which makes his untimely passing even sadder.
